“During the five and half months of the build, we lived on site and had a perfect opportunity to observe Dan and his team at work. Throughout the build Dan and his team were friendly, courteous and respectful and never took anything for granted. As a team they worked solidly and efficiently and appeared to take pleasure in their work.

As a project manager Dan was very adept. Despite the work being done in a period when good tradesmen were in short supply, Dan evidently had strong working relationships with local tradesmen and was able to manage all stages of the build without delay. Dan also has a solid relationship with local suppliers. In particular, he kept the kitchen manufacturer/installer and window suppliers well informed of progress so that each of those items were available at the appropriate time.

Perhaps overall, the biggest complement we can pay Dan and his team is that we never had cause to doubt their integrity or question the invoices. His work was of the highest quality and he came in on time and on budget.
